Return and Refund Policy:
Products without Personalized Engraving
May be exchanged or returned and refunded for up to one month if they are in a new, unused condition
Products with Personalized Engraving
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if we have not engraved your product
- You cannot cancel your order for a refund after we have engraved your product
- When adding personalized engraving, you have the option of receiving an emailed digital proof for your approval. We recommend you elect to receive a digital proof.
Lifetime of Your Dog Warranty:
Our products are designed for a lifetime of use. We will replace or repair any product that fails, through the fault of our craftsmanship, during the lifetime of the dog it was purchased for.
If you have an issue, let us know. We will make it right.
